1995 gmc yukon trouble?

I Have A 1995 Gmc Yukon, 5.7l. The Last Few Winters It Would Idle Rough And Almost Die And Sometimes Actually Die. Well This Winter It Has Gotten Worse, It Started Bogging Out When I Was Driving About 30mph. Then After I Stopped At A Stoplight I Gave It Gas And It Jumped Forward Almost Died And Repeated Itself. When Pulling Into My Garage It Almost Would Not Move. When Idling It Shakes Real Bad. Sounds And Feels Like It Is Only Running On A Couple Cylinders. I Replaced The Fuel Pump Last Winter. Yesterday I Replaced The Plugs, Wires, Distributor And Distributor Rotor And Nothing. It Idles Terribly And Resumes When Given Gas But Once In Gear It Shakes And Just Won't Go.

Rookie
I am sure it's related to the injectors. I would take it to a shop and have it professionally diagnosed rather than trying to get it diagnosed here.
