I was driving in the rain one day and my passenger side wiper flipped inside out while driving. I pulled over and fixed it, then the next time I used them, the same wiper seemed like it didn't wanna work. It worked a few times then stopped. It is also out of sync with the other. I'm not sure if I can fix this myself or do I have to take it in. The driver side works fine.
