I have a 2005 Mazda 3 and when the lights are on dim, I can't see that well. They need to be adjusted, but I called my dealership and they said that they were within mazda specs and it is aginst regulation for them to move them anymore. I went to jiffy lube and walmart and they said I need a special tool.They just need to be adjusted so they are shining more upward, they are pointed down at the ground. I live out in the middle of nowhere and I need to see far ahead because the road I drive on everyday to get to work or the nearest town is Open Range(yes cows and deer). Is their any other way I can get them adjusted? Can I buy this tool?
