Are Hyundai Elantras good cars?

they are good cars, just not the most powerful. (the Hyundai). the Lumina im sure has more power but worse gas mileage.

For the price range you are shopping, no. Elantra's have no resale value and tend to really start breaking after the 60k mark. The Lumina.... where to even begin lol.

Something that is small like a Elantra, good on gas, simple to drive, etc. A Chevy Prism. Now some laugh but few realize this Chevy Prism is just the Toyota Corolla re-badged. Now the Geo Prism was a joke.

A Chevy Prism aka Corolla you can find for 2k cheaper than its equal Corolla. Its a Toyota so it will run n run. And you can have it fixed by Chevy or Toyota, who ever is cheaper.

Just look under the rear license plate to see TOYOTA on them and realize the truth.
