My current car might be totalled...if so, I'm thinking about going with a lightly used Mercedes or Volvo. Doesn't really seem worth is to buy a new cars these days since they're worth so much less the second you drive them off the lot. The thing is, if I'm going to buy used, I don't want to turn around and need a new car in 2 or 3 years. (I drive pretty light mileage per year). I also don't the immediate fluid disposable income to shell out $600 for minor repairs and services. I've driven a Toyota my entire life and am accustomed to the maintenance costs for them.
So which is a better car for me...Volvo or Mercedes?
