Challenging the GMC.?

The GMC decided to investigate my allegation on a stream 2 basis and not a stream 1. I wish to challenge this. I will speak to the GMC after new year. But does anyone know about this?

The GMC are a public body so I assume a judicial review may apply?

I have written to them and asked for details under the freedom of information act of all doctors that got dealt with under the FTP and usually suspended for 12 months for the same allegation I put forward to the GMC. I wish to challenge why in this year alone. 3 doctors got suspended by the GMC for the same complaint, and the doctor I complained about is not. I have proof ( police and solicitors were involved and he admitted it) and yet he is not going to FTP hearing.

I spoke to the investigating officer that was most unhelpful.

Does anyone have any advice?

sensible only please.

It is also a messed up system I know.
