Most concepts cars are not even functional, and are just shells of body panels. They are not available for purchase as they are usually destroyed by the company soon after the auto season. They are used to try new concepts or inovate new concepts into their design plans. Sometimes a car company makes some that are functional, but are usually only released to the public through high end auctions such as Barrett-Jackson.
