Do 96 lincoln town car power window motors have clutches?

The 3 bushings in the window motor broke into tiny pieces. This is a planetary system so I took a 5/16" bolt and cut 3 pieces 1/2" long and put them in where the planets would go just to see if it would work. It did! The problem is that once the regulator reaches fully open or fully closed the motor keeps turning. I'm afraid if I use it like this the motor has so much torque it will break the window or regulator if the user doesn't take their finger off of the switch as soon as the window reaches its' limit. Is there a cluctch in the motor or an overcurrent sensor to shut the motor off when it reaches the limit. The motor is very stong. When it reached the limit it kept going and almost pulled the regulator out of my hands.
