Does anyone know how to send fan mail to a Jacksonville Jaguars player?

I have ended up being a huge fan of David Gerrard (quarterback for the Jags) He has Crohn's as do I and I am about to undergo the same surgery he did. I was actually wanting to send him a letter to let him know how great it is to hear his story. I have never sent a letter to a player, nor can i seem to find the address for the Jags. Anyone know what to do?
