distance? I am tring to buy a vehicle long distance, the guy I am buying it from wants to use this website called Truste to secure the funds untill the car arrives? Has anyone heard of this before?

Look how it works :
1. I will inform TRUSTe(www.truste.com) about contact details for shipment and payment ( complete name and the address for shipping )
2. I will open a case with TRUSTe(www.truste.com) regarding our transaction, they will contact and send you the documents from transaction (Invoice, Motor Vehicle Purchase Agreement)
3. You will have to forward the payment to an TRUSTe account, they will keep your payment until you receive the car.
It seems cool,but I just dont want to get ripped off.
