there was truely horrible!? They told me and my husband multiple lies...ran my credit report twice (only authorized for once) and applied us for for a loan without my permission.....trust me we did not buy a car there....and would NEVER...and we are on the NISSAN friends and family program....be forewarned of "behind the scenes" there because their motto is "don't let you get out the door without buying a car"! Downtown Nashville Nissan is about BIG VOLUME car sells and they do NOT care about you!
