Changed all lines, master cylinder, all 4 wheel guts everything except tortion valve. I got front brakes, but very little back brakes. Just can not figure this darn thing out! Any suggestions?

did you adjust the back brakes.... must be done by hand... should be a slot in the back of dust cover or done by removing hub should be some what tight going on and with wheel on should spin with one hand but not free wheel if you jack it up and try to spin wheel should be hard to move with two fingers if its not then you need to adjust them up

Did you bench bleed the master cylinder? Did you bleed the rear brakes, by bleeding the wheel cylinder frutherest from the master cylinder first. sounds to me like air is entrapped somewhere.

First you must check the pressure from the master to the rear brakes.Just cause you have new parts don't rule out defective ones,as this happens all the time. You should have about the same pressure. The perportion valve has a button on it to open and close it.Make sure the fluid flows through it.Hope this helps and good luck
