How many sq. ft. are in a 2.5 car garage?

I am listing my house for sale could I say it is a 2.5 car garage if it is 576sq. ft. ?

I'd measure the lenght and widtht first, I don't know what a 2.5 car garage is? 2 cars and a motorcycle!?

i have a 2 car garage that is 400 sq. ft., almost 600 sounds like a lot. do you have lots of storage space even when your cars are parked? i mean in front of your vehicles, not the .5 space.just multiply the length times width and that should tell you exaclty the sq. footage.

Typically, a 2-car garage is 20' x 20' or 400 sf total.
A 2½-car garage is 25' x 20' or 500 sf total.

Sounds like you've got a 24' x 24' garage for your 576 sf. So, yes, it's a 2½-car garage. It's larger than normal.
