You do need to drain your radiator and replace that water with a 50/50 coolant/water mix ASAP! You also need to replace your thermostat. Coolant 10$, Thermostat, 7$, Gasket 1$ You can get this at any parts store.
Your radiator should have what's called a petcock on the bottom. Could be on the left, right, or even in the middle. Should look like a tiny valve. Open it up and let it drain. Be sure to dispose of your old coolant properly.
The thermostat is located at the end of your upper radiator hose that is attached to the engine. Should be 2 or 3 bolts holding it in place. Remove bolts, remove old thermostat, scrape off old gasket material. Install new thermostat, new gasket, and bolt thermostat housing back in place.
Easy job, just make sure you give the engine time to cool off before you do it, or you could be burned by hot coolant.
Hope this helps.
