How to remove lower control arm bushing on a 1999 oldsmobile intrigue?

I presume you mean the rod end joint? - you use a tool called a ball joint splitter -hydraulic forks or a fork you hit.
As it is a taper fit component, it can be difficult.

Look at a replacement to see how it works.

is their a bolt going through the spindle with a nut.or is there a nut on top.there is somewhat of a press fit.but first jack the car up and put a jack stand under the subframe/chasis.then let the lower arm and spindle float.if there is a nut on top with a cotter pin, take it off and use a tuning fork between the spindle and lower arm.if not, smack the spindle with a 5 pound hammer a few times.that will losen it up.if there is a through bolt ,put a pry bar between the lower arm and spindle ,then hit the spindle.make sure the bolt is out.
