I forgot and left my digital camera in my van all night--not in a garage

and the temperature got down...? ...to 32 degrees F.(0 degrees celsius)Will that damage it?The batteries are low right now so I cannot test it.

No should be fine just leave it at normal room temp for a few hours.

I doubt that it can damage anything but the battery. See if the battery charges and if not get a new one.

Nope. You should be fine. Now, if it got up to say, 85+ degrees F in the sunlight, that would be a problem. I don't think cold will mess it up at all.

Bring the camera back into your house and leave it for a few hours. Let it get to room temp before trying it.

I did the exact same thing with no consequence at all. Just let it "warm up" and it should be fine.
