take the carbies off & pull them apart & clean them..
drain the old oil out of the motor & replace the oil filter..
put some new CHEAP oil in the bike & turn it over to circulate the oil & clean all the water out of the galleries....
replace the oil filter & fill up with good oil..
put in fresh gas & fire it up...
