I have a 2005 Hyundai Tuscon. Put a CD in the player it says file check and then

I get a CDP 7 error code.? The CD player does this with any CD I put in. Is there anything I can do short of replacing the unit and is it worth repairing or would I be better off just buying an after market unit?
