i have a acer4000 ferrari laptop. i recently format it. now i canot get the

bluetooth to work, how do i fix it i formated and have reloaded everything and have downloaded the necceary drivers but even when i install the drivers for the bluetooth. i cannot get it to work. what should i do? wat site do i go to , to download the right stuff?
