when trying to start my truck it just clicks like the battery is dead. Had the battery, starter, and alternator tested several times by different people and they all tested good. If anyone has any suggestions or can help me i appreciate it, cause i'm out of options.

Well, gee, I'd have to say, TEST'EM AGAIN!
Does it start when jumped with a good battery?
Because something is bad-or at least intermittently bad.
Many national auto parts stores'll check your charging/ignition system out for free.
Check the starter relay for proper operation.
The clicking is usually low voltage to the starter solenoid-maybe your battery's being drained by a shorted electrical component.

Good Luck!

There are 2 ground wires coming off the battery. one thick goes to the block the thin goes to the body. I would check the thin and make sure you are grounded good. If you not your charging system will not fuction right, and you will lose ground to the ignition resulting in clicks as well.
