...WHAAAATS WROOONG???? i have an 84' cutlass. whenever i try and start it it makes a ticking noise and smoke comes out of my engine i thought it was my battery but its not that...other people told me it can be either 2 things my alternator or my starter.if you think you know what it is please help me!!!
