Is a WARN winch a good brand to put on an ATV for a snowplow?

We keep having problems with winches failing on our ATV. We use the winch to pull up the Moose snowplow we have attached to the ATV - I think this plow is 4 feet across, could be 5 feet and is a hundred pounds or so. The ATV guy says WARN winches are really good, and we won't be stripping gears anymore.

Any opinions out there? Thanks in advance!
by the way, our driveway is 1/4 mile long so it is REALLY awful when the winch doesn't work.
