is kia vehicles foreign or american?

im working on getting a new kia optima.but when something goes wrong.is the kia parts here in the u.s. or in a foreign country?bc if its in a foreign country.its gonna cost me a lot.help me out guys.thanks.

Korean, and you can only get the parts from a KIA dealer... get a Chevy man, better quality and cheap parts too.
