motorway, it started knocking? i pulled over filled up with oil so i could get home, but now it wont start it turns over but nothing else, i want to replace the broken parts i.e the crank and shells but how do i do this, please help.
the previous owner had bodged the sump with liquid metal, i can do most service and repair but never engine rebuild, only got the car 3 weeks ago cost 2 grand so i dont want to scrap it just yet, a recon engine is £800.00 pl;us fitting.
