My mechanic told me that the stock regulator is bolted on to the fuel rail, and in order to take those bolts off will leave 3 holes in the rail which is not right!! And said he can install my regulator on the fuel rail and leave the stock one but that won’t be right either, because the pressure will go through both regulators... And won’t work right … the only way to install this regulator is to buy a whole new fuel rail (aftermarket) with bigger injectors, is he right? And is there any other way I can do that?
