my 1997 ford rangerelectronic distributer coil is not firing even when i switch the coils around the right side of the aft coil is not firing i put a test light to the wireing harnes going in to the coil and the left wire is blinking like it is supposted to and the middle is solid like its supposed to but the right wire is solid and not blinking like it supposed to it is solid like its croosed but i cannot find a short in the harness anywhere. do you know what could be causing this problem.
