Replacing Vauxhall Frontera Track rod ends - hints and tips?

Hoping to replace the outer track rod ends on my wifes' 1996/N LWB 2.3 TD this weekend, has anyone got any tips on this?

Not done track rod ends before on any motor, so any advice appreciated
