I recently had my vehicle's (1999 SAAB 9-3) ABS and Emergency warning lights come on. I checked to ensure the E brake wasn't engaged, (also ensured I had brake fluid) which it wasn't and then took it to the shop as this issue also caused my speedometer to stop functioning. They hooked it up to their diagnostics computer and "couldn't seem to figure it out". One very strange thing is that when it's really cold out (below 15 degrees F) the warning lights aren't on, and the speedometer works. However, once the car warms up or the weather improves the warning lights are back on and the speedo quits working again. Any Ideas?
