i traded my car for 2 cars 2 weeks ago. the title i had for my car was not in my name and was out of state. so in pa you have to pay sales tax on an out of state title and there is a form you fill out for the reason why. on that form it stated "needs work". now the guy i traded calls 2 weeks later saying theres all these problems with it and wants to trade back. i said no then he said ill be hearing from his lawyer. i thought he was bs ing but this morning i get a call from a harrisburg police detective. i told him my side of the story and he said he will call back but id like to know if i have anything to worry about. the car was sold as is when he signed that paper stating he bought it for 100$ and also the title was never in my name. i dont think that he can do a thing. anybody been in this predicament before or know the laws of pa? id like to know what im getting into
