Further to previous question (blue smoke), I have just had my Volvo D5 auto compression checked due to poor starting and blue smoke, its an 04 SE model and I have low compression on 2 cylinders with the following: No1 360psi, No2 340psi, No3 300psi N04 360psi & No5 250psi. I knjow injectors seem to be a problem on this model but I dont think this could be the cause, has anybody had the same on a volvo, I'm have a leak test done on Wed but I would just like to know what else can cause this other than valves, the car has 110k on it. Also, the car seems to run fine when warm with more blue smoke if revved hard in park when warm!
Not to self: ask Uncle Pete!

Looks like you have an injector problem. My advise to you is sell your 04 SE model and buy a japanese car. Its not worth your time and your money to be fixing that old volvo.
