what the difference between a TOYOTA 4runner SR5 and limited ect, ....?

basically i was just wondering what the main difference IF there is one or if it really even matters... the year is a '96

the linmitd is more luxurious and the 4runner is more for off road !

SR5 and Limited are basically just trim levels. Toyota has used (and still uses) the SR5 insignia for years. I believe the '"5" in SR5 used to mean 5-speed manual, but I don't think that's true anymore; I think it's just a name now. The Limited models usually include leather (if available), and are usually fully optioned from the factory. The 4Runner was always made to go off-road, but Toyota decided to add a Limited version to that model in the late 90's. Nice truck.
