Where is Bank 1 Sensor 2 1996 Audi A4 Quattro v6 2.8L?

recently my check engine light has come on, i have reset the light and it came back on earlier this week. the code is P0138.
P0138 O2 Sensor Circuit - High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
I want to buy a new o2 sensor but im not 100% sure which sensor it is. There are two Catalytic converters, im almost sure the sensor is after the catalytic but im not 100% whether it is driver or passenger side sensor.

Bank 1 sensor 2 refers to the bank with the #1 cylinder in it, and Sensor 2 refers to, like you guessed, after the cat. A good rule of thumb if you are unsure which side of the engine is Bank 1/2........the side of the engine with the forward most cylinder head is Bank 1. Does that make sense?
