Which vehicle should I buy and why: 2008 Nissan Xterra or 2008 Nissan Altima?

Xterra. Both are ugly, but the Xterra doesn't have as odd of a shape. With this said, the Xterra is plastic galore. Be careful not to leave this car out on the sun too long!

i would consider not buying those cars new they tend to depreciate a lot then driven off the lot. yes i know that all cars do that but my friend is mad at himself because he hot a 2007 altima and paid 30 something for it and i got a 2002 acura tl and we have the same monthly payment except he put 15k down so think about buying used it will save you alot of money

Do you need an SUV? If not, get the Altima.
The Altima will get way better gas mileage, be cheaper to own and easier to drive.
