Kia’s brand new K900 luxury sedan is said to be available in less than a third of Kia showrooms. This is done because of the extra costs that the dealers have to bear for the special training of the special features of K900, reports Left Lane News.

The cost of $30,000 for showroom display kit also adds a barrier for the dealers to invest in it. According to company’s VP of sales and marketing, Michael Sprague, there was business case behind the reason of investing this much amount in training tools and showroom kit. This would show up the car in a brighter light, Sprague said.

Kia is having a strong competition in the luxury car market with the already established great players. The K900 V8 is about $15-20,000 less in price as compare to the German alternatives.
