It is that time again when next year’s models are starting to surface and enter production. With that comes speculation of price. In this case, the ever so popular mid-life crisis mobile, will be seeing an increase in price.

Lets be honest, Corvette sales have not been off the charts in recent years. Well, I take that back, they are off the charts, but on the short end. Sales are down particularly because of the recent addition of the Camaro. Despite sales plummeting to an all-time low this year compared to the previous 50yrs GM is choosing to raise the price $480 – $1,150 depending on the model. Smart.

Good news is the supercharged ZR1 will receive a price drop. A whopping $75. Consider it a free tank of gas with purchase.

The big price increases are not in the sticker price, but in the packages themselves. The 2LT Coupe will see a package price increase from $1,195 to $2,095, and the 3LT from $4,205 to $5,995. The most expensive model, the 4LT, will jump from $7,705 to $9,495. Cringe.
