Audi revealed details of its new 2014 Audi RS Q3, the first RS Q model.

The 2014 Audi RS Q3 will make its formal debut at the 2013 Geneva International Motor Show.

The 2.5-liter five-cylinder turbo produces 228 kW and has an average fuel consumption of just 8.8 liters of fuel per 100 km. It takes just 5.5 seconds to complete the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h and its top speed is electronically governed to 250 km/h.

In addition to the RS 5 Cabriolet, RS 6 Avant and RS 7 Sportback, the RS Q3 is the fourth RS model that Audi is launching on the market in 2013.

The Audi RS Q3 was developed by quattro GmbH, a subsidiary of AUDI AG.

In Germany, the RS Q3 will go on the sale in fall 2013 at the base price of €54,600, or about $72,994.
