The recent past has revealed that Mini isn’t exactly mini anymore. More supplementary models have debuted in the last few years than ever before and the brand’s model line no longer can be called ‘tiny’. With the tall, four door Countryman and long wheelbase Clubman, it would only make sense to go with the flow and put out one more not-so-mini Mini. That vehicle could be on its way fairly soon as according to Autoblog, the upcoming Geneva Motor Show could showcase a Mini dedicated to hauling. The rumor is that the next model would be a modified Clubman dubbed the Mini Cargo.

More than likely, the Cargo would resemble a panel van like the Chevrolet HHR’s cargo verson of yore. In order to create the car, the Clubman’s rear seats would be removed and in their place would be a simplistic load floor. The long side windows would also be replaced by sheetmetal to keep in touch with the panel van segment. The vehicle should be unveiled in March when the show begins but until then, there are still plenty of unanswered questions. More than likely the biggest presently on the table is whether or not Mini would export the car to the United States.
