GMC’s infotainment software IntelliLink now comes with a new feature: A geek. Yes, buy a GMC equipped with IntelliLink and get one-on-one help with setting up the infotainment system to best suit your personal needs.

Like music? Just have your tech-savvy Connected Customer Specialist assist you with setting up your Pandora account within your new GMC. Have a smartphone and need it connected to the hands-free calling system within IntelliLink? They do that too.

General Motors announced last November the creation of an industry-first team of 25 Connected Customer Specialists who visit both dealer showrooms and customer’s driveways in an effort to help customers make the most of IntelliLink.

The initial reports of the program were good enough that GM is doubling the program size to 50 specialists who will cover territory they are already familiar with and live in.
