When a consumer has made their decision to purchase a Nissan Quest minivan, they are given four trim levels to pick from. Effectively immediately, buyers might find it a bit easier to pick up their versatile and quirky styled hauler as the base 3.5 S trim has received a price drop. For 2012, a Quest can be bought for $25,990 which is $1,760 less than before. A few other options have been moved around and an all-new leather package will be made available for the lower cost trims.

Standard features and drivetrains remain the same as they were when the Quest was restyled in 2011. The same 260 horsepower, 3.5 liter DOHC V6 engine powers the front wheels via Nissan’s CVT transmission. The side doors both still open under their own power and outward aesthetics haven’t changed a bit. New for 2012 will be an optional leather package on the second tier SV trim which starts out at $31,050. If buyers opt for the third highest SL model, they can now equip their van with the DVD Entertainment System with an 11 inch 16:9 monitor at no extra cost. That Quest will roll out the door for $34,500 while the highest ranking LE starts at a loaded $42,350.
