The 2012 Fiat 500 has only been on U.S. soil for a few months now, but it’s popularity and award list has been rising ever since. Because of that, the car’s entry-point into America, Chrysler LLC, has announced a special sales event specifically for little hatchback. Potential owners can now “Sign & Drive” the 500 off the lot for just $199 a month. The special lease allows for no money due at signing and up to a 42-month driving period. Opened just in time for the holidays, qualified customers can how have an Italian-built hoot under their Christmas tree this year.

“Customers who have been considering a Fiat 500 purchase or lease now have even more reason to check one out today,” said Reid Bigland, President and CEO of the Dodge Brand and Head of U.S. Sales. Bigland went on to mention that the 500 is attracting an entirely new wave of Chrysler Group buyers. One reason is that the posh little future icon is something Chrysler as a company has never even offered or seen before. Compact and quintessentially European, the Fiat is just another reason why Chrysler is no longer in the gutter.
