Back in April, Audi AG made the announcement that it would be purchasing the Motorcycle giant, Ducati. That move is now fully complete as an all-new Board of Directors and Executive Committee for brand has been officially established. Known for building some of the most fierce and maniacal creations on two wheels, the Italian Ducati Motor Holding should be under proper hands as the acquisition by Audi will allow the nutty Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. to serve as a controlled company.

The new leaders of Ducati will be a combination of folks pulled from inside Audi AG and the motorcycle company itself. Now serving as President of the Board is the carmaker’s CEO Rupert Stadler while Horst Glaser and Axel Strotbek will be additional members. Gabriele Del Torchio and Claudio Domenicali from Ducati will be Members of the Board as well as holding direct responsibilities over their bikes and some additionally special tasks. Del Torchio was named CEO of Ducati Motor Holding and President of group’s Executive Committee. In addition to staying in touch with the crazy two-wheeled monsters, Del Torchio was also named a member of the Board of Directors to Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.
