When creating the all-new Cadillac XTS, designers took great notice to include features that future owners would actually find useful. A recurring item of want throughout potential customers is the ability to adequately carry equipment and items they use in their lives, such as golf clubs.

To reach this goal, the XTS is designed to not only hold a full set of golf clubs, it will comfortably hold four full sets. One for each potential passenger of the new flagship sedan.

“We used computer simulations to model golf bags, as well as other common types of goods our customers are likely to transport,” said XTS chief engineer Sheri Hickok. “That also includes cases of bottled water, luggage, groceries and more. Just as we did with the rest of the XTS, we spent a lot of time maximizing every inch of storage space.”

This attention to detail has paid off. The Cadillac’s capacious trunk beats out the Audi A8L, BMW 7-series and the Mercedes-Benz S-class.
