Subaru of America’s annual Share The Love event not only benefits future Subaru owners with special incentives but also helps out special charity foundations. In its fourth year, the company decided to mix things up a bit by allowing Facebook fans to vote on their favorite charity. The results are in and The Make-A-Wish Foundation will be the next organization added to Subaru’s event.

“At Subaru, we support causes that our owners are also passionate about,” said Brian Johnson, national advertising manager for Subaru of America. “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome the Make-A-Wish Foundation as the People’s Choice to join our existing charities.” Like years past, for every new Subaru vehicle purchased or leased, $250 will be donated to The Make-A-Wish foundation. The event runs from November, 19 2011 through January 3 of next year. Currently, Subaru has donated nearly $15 million to charitable organizations since the event’s start three years ago.
